Tests for Iterator Helpers

The Iterator Helpers proposal is currently in stage 2, but the specification has been largely finalized and almost fully implemented in Firefox (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1568906). When it reaches stage 3 (hopefully soon), it'll need a test suite merged.
