update version number, to indicate the edit time, also removed "./"and"/"around path to prevent a bug
Description
before this patch the documentation will lead user (me for example...😡) to create a totally broken bundle where the Webview Runtime will be extracted in a recursive folder e.g. \Microsoft.WebView2.FixedVersionRuntime.142.0.3595.80.x64\Microsoft.WebView2.FixedVersionRuntime.142.0.3595.80.x64\ and the installed app won't be able to find the webview runtime correctly.
This can be fixed by removing the "./" and "/" around tauri.conf.json::bundle.windows.webviewInstallMode.path in the documentation.
I hope this pr can be merged so that this mislead won't bother more peple like me...
