Don't want to merge this right away, just opened here for discussion (since this is a breaking change we need to wait for v3 anyways)
So the current
FindProcessandKillProcesshave a problem of not being able to detect other programs with the same name, alsoKillProcessdoes not shutdown the app gracefully, I would like to migrate them to use the Restart Manager APIs insteadPaired with tauri-apps/tauri#14479
