Terminal Output in Command Window?

So this might just be something unique to my machine... but since I have Freesurfer installed every time I start terminal and my .cshrc is sourced the freesurfer info is output.

For whatever reason, this info is showing up in the Matlab command window too when renamieDicomSeries is run. Is there a way to prevent this? Or should I just deal with it? Thx!

Ambiguous output redirect.

Hmm. Don't worry about it at the moment. I'm actually going to change my shell to bash so that might make a difference.
