[TASK] Update deposit to prevent new deposit when reward vaults cap is reached

New deposits should be stopped when the asset has reached the reward vault cap

• test that lowering asset cap does not break the logic (should be stopped from lowering otherwise)
• test limits of number of assets in the reward vault
