Summary of changes
Changes introduced in this pull request:

  • Updates the types package and bumps version
  • Removes babel since that has been removed from @polkadot/dev/config
  • Re-imports any missing imports manually from the types gen.

Closes #311

@drewstone is this ready to be merged?

I guess CI will publish a new package version for us.
