`PDFDocument.load` is encrypted

Hi tanaikech!
I'm getting this error and when I add { ignoreEncryption: true } it gives me a blank file. Do you have any solution?

Error: Input document to `PDFDocument.load` is encrypted. You can use `PDFDocument.load(..., { ignoreEncryption: true })` if you wish to load the document anyways.
