Only works with a few mime types

Great job, but I need the ability to transfer any files from gdrive to onedrive. Most are pictures or PDF files. However, the MS converter routine only accepts doc, xls or ppt. As a result I get an error at #245. If I get some time I will evolve the mime convertion logic at #417 to accept additional types. Thanks.
