Release notes for v0.8.0, plus the link at the top of the index.
The release is about the corpus rather than the tool, so the notes lead with the recovery pass the whole milestone exists to serve, then the four features that make it produce something worth training on: language filtering, a choice of extractor, deduplication, and coalesced ranged fetch.
Every number in the notes is measured, not estimated. The location run is the 3000 location pass against CC-MAIN-2026-30 from yesterday, the dedup numbers are the shard 0 export cross checked against an independent WARC scan, and the batch fetch speedup is the 486 record run from #84.
