Enhances RunVisualizePlots.wdl to enable it to be run on singletons, as well as:

  • Allows for random subsampling for variants with many samples called for it.
  • Parses out Excel-related formatting errors in input files.
  • Updates the figure names to be more readable and succint.
  • Fixes some runtime attribute related errors.
  • Provides a dockstore sync mechanism for key workflows in the repository.
  • Creates Dockerfiles that updates the scripts in the existing base images.
  • Various formatting improvements.
