Unable to change the time with keyboard in popover mode

The new feature [[Ability to change the time using the keyboard](https://github.com/talkhabi/vue-persian-datetime-picker/issues/159)] is so useful and handy, but it's not working when using `popover` mode. It would be great if its bug could be fixed.
