Auditor Role that is limited to stuff a user has access to

### Description

I would like to give my users the ability to view all devices they have access to and their status.

Best case: It respects ACLs and also shows stuff the user can reach.

If that's too complicated (likely): A role that allows a user to view their own devices in the admin interface only, instead of all.
