Node HostInfo metadata needs to update at a more frequent interval

### Description

The Headplane agent doesn't update metadata at a frequent enough interval, resulting in unknown version sticking around till a restart of the application. This needs to be dynamically checked and refetched consistently instead of caching nulled values.
