Get an AppNotIdleException

When use the captureRoboImage(...) function for Compose screenshot testing, it failed from time to time with the following exception during the recording by calling ./gradlew recordRoborazziDebug

androidx.test.espresso.AppNotIdleException: Compose did not get idle after 6 attempts in 60 SECONDS. Please check your measure/layout lambdas, they may be causing an infinite composition loop. Thanks. You can debug using Android Studio by pausing the code when it appears to be stuck. This allows you to identify why it is not proceeding.

The most likely reason the code does not terminate is the presence of animations, such as a CircularProgressBar, on the screen. Espresso waits for these animations to complete before proceeding. We are currently developing a feature to address this issue, specifically for Roborazzi's Compose Preview support. In the meantime, you can determine if Robolectric is running and manually disable the ProgressBar if necessary.
