Question regarding the format of the result

Thanks a lot for this project. I am getting a ephemeris data from the binary, but I have two questions:
1) How do you map the reported prn to a "real" svID?
2) I get a set of 16 ephemeris data back. Why is it always 16 and are they related to the position I provided?
