Missing @property for --tw-drop-shadow

When using a filter utility, variables get declared via @property for all filter effects except for drop-shadow. It probably needs to be added to this list.

I also noticed that backdrop-filter is missing the corresponding drop-shadow utility but I couldn't get the effect to work with vanilla CSS so I guess it doesn't have any practical effect and this would explain why it was omitted.
