It looks better (IMO) and it’s also consistent with “Usage” that is already capitalized.

already capitalized.
Options are indented by 2 spaces, but Usage by 4 spaces.

Note: [Docopt](http://docopt.org) also uses 2 spaces.

Well, I'm sure I've not invented this convention. But can't find where it is from. It looks like, you're right, most programs have these words capitalized.
