Implements heuristic of finding the best match by minimizing the sum of the squares of relative distances across all fields with defined tolerances inclusive time stamp.
- Expand "Run-log" functionality with possibility to re-run, cancel, revoke control, generate SQL select statement, drop temp tables and real-time monitor - Set mismatch criteria tolerance step to 0.1 (prev. integer only) - Show "output limit" global parameter if set for REC rules - Fix control catalogue counter to show the count of active filtered set

The results we get so far using this logic are same or better than MM on all tested controls.
