Add support for a Context mechanism

We need a way to make it easy to provide context. The previous `tdom` had an approach. It's worth looking at others too, most notably `htpy`'s clever approach. One thing I would _like_ to support is multiple nested contexts. Bonus if there's a story for how they can be typed!
