We made named exports work against CJS via the trick in https://github.com/systemjs/systemjs/blob/master/lib/proto.js#L57, but now it's been removed in Babel in babel/babel#2212.

    Sorry this was a misread - of course it is for exports only not imports as described so doesn't affect SystemJS's handling.
