Executing workflows after finding them

After searching for a workflow, it'd be helpful to be able to take action on it, like here basically the process could be:

1. Find the workflow Claude has authored
2. Select Run Workflow
3. Select the input file for this workflow you want to execute it with

Implementation Plan

Overview

The goal is to allow users to run a workflow directly after selecting it from search results. The proposed flow is:

1. Search for workflows
2. Select a workflow
3. Choose an action (View Details / Run Workflow)
4. If running, select an input file (if the workflow requires inputs)
5. Execute the workflow

Architecture

1. Action Selection Component

After selecting a workflow from search, an action menu appears:

• view - Show workflow details (current behavior)
• run - Proceed to run workflow

A file picker for selecting YAML input files:

Behavior:

• Scans current directory and subdirectories (up to 3 levels) for *.yaml and *.yml files
• Uses fzf for fuzzy search (consistent with other search UIs)
• Option to skip if no inputs required or all have defaults
• Option to enter custom path

3. Flow Integration

Current:    search → select → displayWorkflowGet()
New:        search → select → showActionMenu() → (view | run)
                                                   ↓
                                           if run: selectInputFile() → executeWorkflow()

Usage

# Search and potentially run a workflow
./swamp workflow search

# Search with initial query
./swamp workflow search deploy

# Use TUI mode when running (shows live dashboard)
./swamp workflow search --tui

Edge Cases Handled

• No YAML files found → prompt for custom path
• Invalid input file → show validation errors
• Workflow has no inputs → skip file selection, run immediately
• All inputs have defaults → show "Skip" option
• User presses Esc → returns to previous step
