Backpropagation through full layer history

This release enables backpropagation through the v_mem and variables of the LIF, IAF, and ExpLeak layers, and provides gradients for the initial layer states.
These updates allow to calculating gradients also after multiple forward calls.

Support conversion to and from Sinabs

This release introduces convenience functions to convert Sinabs layers to their equivalents in EXODUS and vice versa.
