feat(receive): added onboarding ln text

Description

1. Added onBoarding text on "Receive" screen: "Wanto to receive lightning funds?"
2. Change minimum amount to 20000 (it is a better number than 20500 and does not cause problems if it opens a channel)
3. Fixed some Italian translations
