Send: Show correct fee for transaction using dust

When spending a transaction that would create a dust output Bitkit instead adds the utxos to the fee. The UI needs to show this new (bumped) fee correctly.

Dust UTXO's have been removed from the user's spending/total balance since they are unable to be spent without wasting sats.
