Written at the end of the session that built stack. Every figure so far shows its first form, now stack_global; the revised stack has not been run on a bench or on real recordings. The todo records what is known, the revised parameters and where each came from, the four things waiting on Tony (which width the pilot pages draw, the unified width rule chaining on slow and combined, whether the bench should hold events closer than 2 s, and when to search given the floor handoff), what a session can do without a ruling, and the session's loose ends.
