[feature] support emoji in the chats

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I cannot add emojis in the chat.

Similar to other chat products, ability to include emoji like 👍 💯 🔢

Describe alternatives you've considered
Need it in the chat UI on the web app.

Additional context
No backend work should we required, unless there are some encoding issues.
