This repository contains the code used to produce the Correlated Topic Model analyses in the "The Synthetic Biology Knowledge System" paper.

Data

The data come from the Web of Science and, as such, may not themselves be made public. However, the paper provides more information on how we obtained the synthetic biology ethics corpus.
