Testing

Weeks 1, 2, 3 and 4 need to be tested. 
I will test week 1 and Andrew can test 2,3 and 4. 

If time is an issue we can get a student to have a look. By design there is gradually less help as weeks 2, 3 and 4 go by. 

I am curious about how feasible running the subprocesses within the notebook is.
