Is it possible for the MCP server to exist without a file loaded in IDA? The MCP server has been awesome, I've have good success using it with local LLMs as well as Codex and Claude, but the #1 biggest issue I'm having is that trying to iterate through binaries in IDA using the MCP. Some clients can't refresh an MCP connection, so you have to close them out, start them up again, resume your previous session. And then on the IDA side you have to stop the MCP server, which takes a good 20-30 seconds, and then load the new file, start the server again. I'm not sure if it's possible to create a plugin that way in IDA, so just curious if this is possible.
