Hi,
This PR adds docs for the Pseudolocalization translator that was introduced in Symfony 5.2 (so more than 2 years ago).
I copied & adapted the blog post that introduced the feature: https://symfony.com/blog/new-in-symfony-5-2-pseudo-localization-translator
I hope this is okay :)
All configuration formats have been tested locally to ensure it works.
