[4.0] Add description (somewhere?) about installing dump() & profiler

The handy dump() function is no longer available by default: it needs to be installed. We need to talk about this function somewhere... maybe early, because I'd love to mention it throughout the rest of the docs.

Also, I don't think we talk about installing the profiler yet!

Related to this: I noticed that calling dump in a controller now produces an inline dump, instead of the neat integration with the profiler toolbar. Did I miss some dependency by following these guides?

Right, I was missing the debug bundle. Worth mentioning in these docs that composer req debug is a good idea 😉
