ContainerConfigurator: Adds parameters key multiple times

• Create a symfony skeletion project.
• Make the services.yaml completely empty
• Install a recipe which adds something
• Install a second one which adds also something
• You have now two times parameters

I guess the issue comes from that the end of the file does not have an empty line 🤔
