Apply the safe-mode Fable review corrections: record approval and session identities, renumber the final integration task to 15, add Tasks 12-14 for multi-model serving, multi-Spark topology, and vision-sidecar pairing, add R18-R20 with the Spark gates, fix task citations and dependencies, and re-cut the twelve-hour plan. Task 13 now requires per-node/per-device VRAM, utilization, temperature, and power with provenance, all log origins on Local Studio surfaces, unavailable-not-zero aggregates, UI acceptance, and a live read-only 2x/4x check ending PASS or BLOCKED with exact reachability. Task 14's composer flow (14b) becomes mandatory for Task 14/R20 acceptance behind the unchanged 03r gate, with end-user pairing UI, exact-instance attribution, and typed fail-closed errors. Status, scope, and the Task 15 matrix are aligned; the strict 12r -> 06f -> 14a sequence, Task 12, and the one-browser rule are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
