Element for Franz

This is a Franz recipe/plugin for Element, which was formerly known as Riot and Vector and is a web client for [matrix].

Installation

1. Open the Franz Plugins (development) folder on your machine, if the directory does not exist, create it:

• Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Franz/recipes/dev/
  • mkdir ~/Library/Application Support/Franz/recipes/dev/
• Linux: ~/.config/Franz/recipes/dev/
  • mkdir ~/.config/Franz/recipes/dev/
• Windows: %appdata%/Franz/recipes/dev/
  • ...

2. Download or clone this repo into the dev directory – as sub-directory recipe-element (e.g.).
3. Reload Franz.
4. Open Settings tab and enable Riot in the development tab of Available services.
