Animation does not play when closing certain components

The behavior of size and opacity changing and disappearing on onClose in the above link does not work in Suid.

In the Account menu on that page, it doesn't apply like the MUI; it disappears immediately when the menu is closed.

This issue occurs across dialogs, menus, and popovers.
