Improve Spatial Search

Update spatial queries and indexes to

• ignore spatial extents that give false matches in spatial search (in general those are world boxes), see spatial search for smaller areas (part of country) not working sip-html5#118
• be able to deal with an enormous amount of polygons (e.g. Corine Land Cover), see Import CLC WKT #44 and Improve spatial extent of resources in the Meta-Data Repository sip-html5#63 (comment)
• use a new table for search geometries and thus support a 1-n relationship between resources and search polygons, see also user story no 9 sip-html5#46 (comment)

Update Meta-Data Repository:

• import-geometries-from-shape-file
• Insert imported geometries
• Fill geom_search with valid resources geometries
