Fix bad [outdated?] link in hint about position option in docs.html. #274

the link in line 163 reads
"http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Position"
It should be changed to read
"http://api.jqueryui.com/position/"
Note: I tried and failed to create a pull request for this. I don't know what I did wrong. Sorry
