This change makes overlay Swift code generated by WITOverlayGenerator to be compatible with Embedded
wasm32-unknown-none-wasmtarget by following changes:malloccabi_reallocdefinition not to implicitly depend onrealloc. Embedded target users need to definecabi_reallocwith their chosen allocator.Also adjusted test suites to run e2e tests for Embedded target too.
