…ore solving A call to `SanitizeExpr` has been incorrectly removed from `typeCheckForCodeCompletion` by refactoring to use `ASTNode`. It is still required because fallback calls could have partially type-checked AST. Resolves: swiftlang#59315 Resolves: rdar://94619388
