Issue Description:
`Self` can occur in a concrete type context. However, SymbolGraphGen interprets it as a separate type spelled ``Self`` (with backticks).
The attached symbolgraph file contains many examples of mishandled `Self`. for a specific example, see the symbol at index #168.
