Add FreeBSD support to SwiftBuild PIF builder (i.e., when using
--build-system swiftbuild).Modifications:
Just a quick change in how we map a
PackageModel.Platformvalue to aSwiftBuild.ProjectModel.BuildSettings.Platformone.
