Seems the build tools fix did not fix 5.10 :( |

The difference between docker and non-docker here is:
nightlies both have MSVC 14.44.35207, but 6.0/6.1 have 14.42.34433 as well. So I'm not sure either of those are really related 🤔 5.10 also works perfectly fine locally. |
