[typo] h initialization

In https://github.com/swharden/pyHH/blob/master/src/pyhh/models.py#L29

lines 28 and 29 are redundant. I gess line 29 should be:

```python
self.h.setInfiniteState()
```

This will make more sense in the plot.
By the way, in subplots 3 and 4, colors are missleading because they tend to suggest that `m` represent VGKC.
