fix: add missing shiki types deps

I was trying to build the extension locally and I noticed some packages were missing in the package.json

@hazre where are you running into issues building currently? bun i & bun typecheck are working smoothly for me & in CI, are you using a different technique to build locally?

I think I only noticed this when I initially installed the project via pnpm (before realizing, it's using bun)

If it's a transitive dependency, then nvm, you can close this.
