can't set api key

i get greeted with a message "Unable to write to User Settings because sweep.apiKey is not a registered configuration." but then it still repeatedly asks for api key even after i cancel with esc.
also don't get how to configure it to use lmstudio or ollama as backend.

Fixed it by going to 0.4.0 and changed the scope of apiKey to global and its work now!! Excited. Not sure what is localMode (assuming its for running with local model) and how does it help.

@wwzeng1 looks like the recent merge broke some things? Local mode isn't working either with LM studio running sweep model on port 1234
