• 4 should close (PRs Verify documentation files exist - no changes needed #10-12, Clarify documentation file status - no broken links #14: duplicates or verification-only)
• 2 already merged (historical reference)

Key Issues:

• PRs Verify documentation files exist - no changes needed #10-15 incorrectly targeted feature/production-restructuring (already merged to main)
