Precise definitions of "nearby" and "close" in documentation #884

@kostmo

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The following commands all use the term "nearby" in their cheat sheet description:

  • reprogram
  • give
  • scan

Although not said explicitly in the cheat sheet, the upload command also seems to work "nearby".

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a term in a glossary that defines exactly what "nearby" means, and its use everywhere in the wiki should be hyperlinked to the glossary entry.

It would also be nice to have another column in the cheat sheet indicating which commands require some sort of proximity, and whether that proximity must be "nearby" or "in the same cell as".
