Document recommended terminal settings

Terminal settings obviously make a big difference. Which terminal program you use also makes a difference, especially now that we have added mouse support. I used to use rxvt-unicode but it seems like mouse support doesn't work (see jtdaugherty/brick#366 for discussion). I thought it might be nice to collect ideas about terminal settings that work well with Swarm (and possibly also generate some ideas for improvement), which we could compile into a document on the wiki or in the README etc.

gnome-terminal seems to work well for me, with:

• DejaVu Sans Mono 10pt
• "Grey on black" or "White on black" color scheme (which one I prefer depends on the monitor)
• "Rxvt" color palette
• Check "show bold text in bright colors"
• Uncheck "show scrollbar"
