Hey, it would be pretty cool if JARVIS could return some basic calculation results . What do you think?

As much as the idea looks promising, but uh... I think we are making Jarvis into a bot rather than an "intelligent being".

Why not focus our attention towards memorizing context between requests feature so that we can add a conversation module.

I suppose you are right. I was thinking of all the things Siri could do, and wondered if JARVIS could do the same too.

Ya but we don't wanna make a clone of Siri or it's friends. We want it to be smarter and so should we in deciding what goes in and what doesn't.

Calcatraz provides a lot of features, so using it would be kinda defeating the purpose of inviting new contributors. The conversation is our top priority. Then we can take this into consideration.

Cool, thank you! What type of features would you want in the calculator? Just the basic stuff or more advanced stuff? Not sure if I could do all the advanced features by myself but I could look into implementing an API like Wolfram Alpha.

@austinprog WolframAlpha is a bit overkill for this. Start with just the basic features, and we can build upon it further.
