Changes:
- Inconsistency - there's an asterisk but also says "Retrieved by Swan". Different to the other countries.
- Some of these bullets could be made into just one sentence - which would improve readability and scannability. e.g. Signed and Dated within the last 3 months vs Must be signed and dated within the last 3 months.
- This can be clearer: Most recent (for the previous year)
- Tax return or pay slip are accepted - this should be "is accepted".
- Founding act - Act needs to be capitalised.
- Consistency - homeowners'

ID document is redundant. We either need to write it as just ID or as identity document.

We need the acronym for ID explained here in case they view the table for associations in isolation. They may not look at the companies table first.
